General terms and conditions of business
What we expect from your dog in our care:
- Your dog must be socially compatible with other dogs.
- House trained (intact males are not allowed to mark indoors).
- No aggression towards conspecifics.
- Complete vaccinations (including kennel cough and regular deworming).
- Your dog must be fit (we go on walks for 2-3 hours).
- The dogs are running free on the trail, so your dog must have a reliable recall.
- The drop-off day and pick-up day are charged as a full day.
- Public holiday surcharge: CHF 10.- per day.
- Every new dog must have a trial day.
- We do not accept females in heat.
- Day care appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance and holiday care appointments must be cancelled at least 1 week in advance, otherwise the full amount will be charged.
- Dogs that show symptoms of illness – e.g. vomiting, diarrhea, coughing – will not be accepted into care.
- Food and any medication are provided by the owner.
- Veterinary costs during the stay at Dogsitting24 are borne by the owner.
- Images and videos will be made available to you, as well as social media (Instagram, Facebook) and website design. If this is not desired, this must be explained in writing.
